Get a Burning Permit
The Town of Hampton provides two (2) types of burning permits.
Be sure to apply for the correct one for your needs.
*All Permits are free of charge
Recreational / Backyard Fire Pit
Obtaining this type of permit can be done by EMAILING your request to the Fire Prevention Officer, If you have additional question you can also call (506) 832-6094 (Opt. 5)
Note: This permit is valid for one (1) year and needs to renewed annually.
Brush Burning
Obtaining this type of permit can be done by filling out this FORM, saving it and EMAILING it to the Fire Prevention Officer, If you have additional question you can also call (506) 832-6094 (Opt. 5)
Note: This permit is only valid for a two (2) week period so please plan accordingly.
