Get a Burning Permit
The Town of Hampton provides two (2) types of burning permits.
Be sure to apply for the correct one for your needs.
*All Permits are free of charge
Recreational / Backyard Fire Pit
Obtaining this type of permit can be done by contacting the Fire Prevention Officer by EMAIL or by calling (506) 832-6094 (Opt. 5)
Note: This permit is valid for one (1) year and needs to renewed annually.
Brush Burning
Obtaining this type of permit can be done by contacting the Fire Prevention Officer by EMAIL or by calling (506) 832-6094 (Opt. 5)
Note: This permit is only valid for a two (2) week period so please plan accordingly.
